Attorney Torrico grew up in Brazil, where he graduated from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Right after graduating, he moved to Florida to pursue his dreams. He then acquired a Master of Business Administration degree, with distinction, from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management. Later he went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law, graduating with honors.

During Law School, Attorney Torrico was the Editor-In-Chief of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal, where he is also a published author (See Torrico, Juan Fernando (2021) “The Survival of Animal Care Organizations Impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020,” Environmental and Earth Law Journal (EELJ): Vol. 11 : Iss. 1, Article 2. https://lawpublications.barry.edu/ejejj/vol11/iss1/2/). He was also a member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and the Immigration Law Society.

Furthermore, in Law School, he participated in the Bankruptcy Clinic, where he helped people in financial distress file for bankruptcy; and was an advanced tax preparer volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, which assisted people from the community in filing their federal income taxes.

Moreover, Attorney Torrico is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, Society of Scholars, due to outstanding academic achievement; and the National Order of Scribes, for exceptional legal writing.

When not working tirelessly for his clients, Attorney Torrico enjoys spending time with his family, going to amusement parks, and exploring central Florida.

What he enjoys most about his work as an attorney is providing his clients with peace of mind. “I want my clients to live at peace, knowing that I have their back, at all times, regardless of the situation,” says Attorney Torrico.
